Kristin M. Smith
Kristin M. Smith began her career of helping families in 1994 when she served at the Oakland Friend of the Court. Since commencing her practice in 1995, Ms. Smith not waivered from her focus on the family, and has continued to add to her credentials, both as a skilled family law mediator and collaborative practice professional. Ms. Smith has further estate planning experience which she utilizes to benefit clients as they reconfigure their family lives. She has a B.A. from the University of Michigan and received her Juris Doctor in 1995 from Michigan State University, Detroit College of Law.
Eden J. Allyn
Eden J. Allyn has been practicing law since 1996. In 2008, Ms. Allyn expanded her skills by training as a family law mediator and in collaborative practice. During her practice, she has continued to educate herself in the family law arena, staying abreast of the latest issues and developments in the law. Ms. Allyn has additional legal experience in the areas of bankruptcy and real estate, which is of further benefit to her clients. She has a B.A. from the University of Michigan and received her Juris Doctor in 1996 from Michigan State University, Detroit College of Law.
